Me, my partner Matt & Reginald the cat live in our lovely little cottage in the Peak District.  Reginald loves to sleep, I love to cook and Matt loves to eat.

I have had to really adapt to cooking in our tiny cottage kitchen.

I have a few choice pieces of equipment, but I am very limited for space - I haven't got room for tagine pots, my freezer can't fit back-up meals that would last weeks and I have barely any room to chop an onion, but it doesn't stop me!

 

Here you can follow recipes that have guidance for making your food last a few meals that are fresh and tasty every time, while using not much more that a pan or 2 and a chopping board.
